Dayspring Trust is a Multi Academy Trust in the North East of England currently comprising of two over-subscribed academies: Ian Ramsey CE Academy in Stockton and Venerable Bede CE Academy in Sunderland.
The Directors of the Trust are seeking a Technician to support the Design and Technology/Engineering department. Based at Ian Ramsey CE Academy you will support the Head of Area in the delivery of curricular and extra-curricular Design and Technology/Engineering, including the
preparation and management of materials and equipment for lessons, and supporting pupils in their learning.
The successful candidate will hold an appropriate qualification in relevant discipline plus English and Maths GCSE grade C or above. A first aid qualification is essential for this role and so the successful candidate should hold, or will be expected to obtain this immediately.
Previous experience is preferred but not essential. If you have high expectations of yourself, enthusiasm and a shared commitment to continual improvement we look forward to hearing from you.
