We provide a nurse led supported living service supporting people with a learning disability in their own home.

Duties include personal care, household duties, administration of medication and supporting people to access the community, there is a requirement to work day and night shift on a rotational basis.

The successful candidate should have experience in a care setting, desirably with people with a learning disability and behaviours that can challenge, and should be flexible to the needs of the service and service users

NVQ level 2 in health and social care or equivalent is essential to the post

The salary for this position is £20092 - £21748
