Northumberland Children's Social Care is continuing to develop it's established Early Help services with the aim of becoming family Hubs in the Future .
This is an exciting time to join Northumberland to join our team in the South East Locality area. We are looking for a suitably experienced and qualified individual who is passionate about improving the lives of children and families at the earliest stage, who can work in a whole family way and demonstrate that they are able to engage with challenging and complex families of children and young people aged 0-19years .
