On behalf of the 12 North East Local Authorities, Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council is recruiting to three exciting new posts to form a Children’s Regional Commissioning Team.

The Children’s Regional Commissioning Team has been designed by the Local Authorities to support them by developing a Regional Commissioning Strategy and designing improved quality assurance and provider market management processes.

This post will provide strategic leadership to the development of a Regional Sufficiency Strategy and Regional Commissioning Plan whilst leading the team to undertake robust needs analysis and resource mapping to inform detailed option appraisal. The post will be key in identifying, defining and delivering vital programmes of work in collaboration with stakeholders The successful candidate will bring significant commissioning expertise and an ability to facilitate and co-ordinate collaborative working across and between local authorities.
