An exciting and varied opportunity has arisen for the role of Property Services Support Officer within Newcastle City Council’s Commercial Property Department. Working either at home or in the office, you will have excellent administration skills and be a self-motivated individual with the ability to learn new skills quickly.

As Property Services Support Officer you will undertake various technical administrative tasks and assist in the management of PFI school contracts across Newcastle including reviewing performance, attending meetings with schools, carrying out on-site inspections and working with internal/external contractors to ensure the effective delivery of the PFI Programmes and associated services to
schools.

The successful candidate will have experience of working in a customer-focused environment and the ability to provide effective technical administrative and financial support. Excellent communication and team working skills, together with the ability to use Microsoft Office systems will be essential.
