Staff in Financial Services play a crucial role supporting elected Members and managers across the council to respond to the financial challenges we face and achieve vitally important service outcomes for residents and local businesses.
We need highly skilled and professionally trained people to ensure we stay on top of the challenges we face, and to make the most of the opportunities that are emerging.
We have two positions available, a senior accountant post and an accountant post both within the Financial Management team.
To be successful you will need excellent financial, technical and communication skills, as well as a demonstrable ability to work well both individually and as part of a team.
