Rosedale offers a high demand service to the people of Stockton Borough Council. Rosedale is a busy 44 bed centre that offers physical rehabilitation and assessment beds for people who have had a period in hospital or need support from the community. Rosedale offers a service of up to 6 weeks where we work as a team to offer Person Centred Care and aim for the best outcome for the client.
We work alongside the NHS with Hartlepool and Stockton NHS Trust and our own internal services.
You will have an awareness of the legislation Care Act 2014, Health and Social Care Act, Human Rights Act, Mental Capacity Act and Safeguarding
You will work as part of team of support workers that offer a high standard of care and adhere to the policies and procedures that layout the accepted ways of working and the subsequent documentation which sets out the evidence to the work that you will do.
There are training opportunities which help develop the postholder while in the role.
Applicants must work with a client centred approach and be willing to be an active member of the team, working with clients to get the best outcome for them and demonstrate a focused approach to care.
Government legislation stipulates that all persons employed by a care home must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 (subject to medical exemption) from 11th November 2021
