Hours: 25 hours per week, term time only plus 5 days.

Bowesfield Primary School is looking to appoint a caring, enthusiastic, conscientious and self-motivated person who has the skill set to provide a key role in supporting our children to develop themselves in physical health and education.

We are looking for a well-motivated person to enhance our PE offer through the delivery of this curriculum across school. The successful candidate will actively engage children in positive learning experiences and maintain high standards of behaviour and safeguarding.

• Has excellent interpersonal skills, dedication and commitment to the education and safeguarding of our children.
• Will be a role model to children, engaging and encouraging them to be their very best.
• Will be a pro-active individual who can develop and implement systems/procedures as well as maintain current ones.
• Will commit to providing a range of after-school activities to enhance the current offer
• Has a proven track record of impacting positively of standards of physical education across the primary phase
• Will contribute to the school’s sequence of learning for physical education
• Will contribute to ongoing assessment of pupils and liaise with class teachers to support judgements
