You will have excellent knowledge of volunteer and community engagement participation methods. A strong ability to develop, deliver and evaluate innovative community events and activities; including holiday hub provision and regular groups. You must be committed to engaging volunteers within the ongoing service development and delivery. Co-production is also integral to this role, as Volunteer and Community Engagement Practitioner, you will create listening and engagement spaces to ensure the views and experiences of families and communities are listened to and utilised.
