The successful applicant must demonstrate:
? Current experience of planning and delivering lessons across the primary age range
? Ability to lead and organise support staff
? Excellent communication and team working skills
? Excellent organisational skills
? Primary Curriculum knowledge, particularly KS2
? A willingness to ‘go the extra mile’ to meet the needs of all children
