Your skills
You must have proven experience of ensuring families receive integrated, co-ordinated, multi-agency and solution focused support. You will need enthusiasm, a creative & flexible approach toyour work alongside an ability to engage positively with a wide range of people. A sound knowledge of child development and the assessment process is essential, as are robust observation and recording skills. You will have experience of and the ability to act in the Lead Professional role and evidence the ability of working with children and families.

The post will involve working with families across the locality of Stockton-On-Tees. You must have access to a vehicle for business purposes and be able to travel frequently, with the expectation you will work collaboratively with Family Action & key delivery partners across the North Region of the country.
