This is an exciting opportunity to join the Revenues, Benefits and Welfare Service as part of the Income Collection Team. We are a supportive and enthusiastic team responsible for the recovery of monies owed to the Council. You will need to have excellent IT skills and good attention to detail whilst focusing on priorities and achieving targets.

Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council issues and collects council tax and business rates from around 90,000 households and 5,700 businesses every year to fund the delivery of its services across the borough. The Revenues, Benefits and Welfare Service supports the most financially vulnerable of the borough’s residents, administering a wide range of welfare support schemes.
