The role of Reablement Support Worker involves supporting individuals within their own home on a short-term basis to regain independence, increase confidence and learn new skills in all aspects of personal care and daily living.

We will provide you with a structured training program leading to a diploma in Adult Health and Social Care at Level 3 with other learning opportunities including Autism & Dementia training, Equipment training and the encouragement to develop your career further.
All you need to be a success is:
• A full driving licence that’s valid to drive in the UK and access to a vehicle to undertake home visits
• Experience of working in a care setting and / or NVQ Level 2 in Adult Social Care or equivalent
• Good verbal and written communications skills
• Empathy and a passion to support others

The salary grade on appointment will be determined by qualifications and experience.
