HEADTEACHER
Group 2 ISR L15 – L21a (£62,561 - £71,765)

Required for January/April 2024.

The Governing Body, staff and pupils of Myton Park Primary School are seeking to appoint a Headteacher who is dynamic, aspirational and committed to achievement for all. The successful candidate will be a confident leader who inspires and motivates others and can think strategically about the future.

We are looking for a Headteacher who:
• has a proven track record of effective leadership;
• has a passion for teaching and learning, the ability to motivate staff and pupils and has the ambition to continue driving our school’s success in all areas;
• has the ability to drive robust school self-evaluation processes and to implement clear and timely strategic plans;
• recognises the importance of developing the whole child;
• embraces an inclusive approach to education.
