Hebburn Lakes Primary School is a popular, two form entry located in a friendly, supportive community. The Governing Body are seeking to appoint an experienced Family Welfare Officer to join their team.
Do you have the knowledge to support children and families on a range of issues, to deliver interventions for pupils and their families, and help them to overcome barriers to learning?
This is a role where you can truly make a difference to children and their families. In this job role, you will support children and families on a range of issues including: safeguarding and social and emotional well-being ensuring our children and their families have the best life chances possible.
