About the Role: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years/KS1 teacher to join our team from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young learners, working alongside a supportive and experienced team.

Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum Delivery
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and stimulating lessons that cater to the diverse needs of Early Years and KS1 pupils.

Assessment and Progress Trackin
Monitor and assess children's progress, providing regular feedback to parents and colleagues.

Classroom Management
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation and promotes good behaviour.

Collaboration
Work effectively with colleagues, parents, and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our pupils.

Professional Development
Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

The ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.

Applicants must hold a qualification that meets the approved ‘full and relevant’ criteria for Early Years qualifications and inclusion in staffing ratios.
