The Headteacher and Governors are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, hardworking and highly motivated Teaching Assistant who:
- Is qualified to a minimum of NVQ Level 2 in a relevant discipline
- Is an outstanding and reflective practitioner with high expectations for all children.
- Has experience of working with pupils with a range of learning needs and SEMH difficulties.
- Has a good knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum.
- Is a team player who is also able to work independently.
- Is able to communicate effectively in a wide range of situations
- Has a good and effective range of behavioural management skills
This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and therefore will be subject to a DBS from the Disclosure and Barring Service.
