Due to retirement a post has become available within the Virtual school to support the education of vulnerable young people to improve educational outcomes and raise aspirations of our secondary age pupils.
Through a trauma informed and attachment approach you would be expected to liaise with multi-disciplinary agencies to provide support and guidance and work with individuals and groups to ensure academic qualifications can be gained as well as offering a creative approach to removing barriers and improving attendance.
This is a flexible role to meet a range of needs within the service.
The role will be supporting academic, behaviour and attendance targets to promote the education of children and young people.
