We have an exciting opportunity to join our Admin Team in September 2025. As a foundation school within the Ouseburn Learning Trust, we work together with seven local schools and external partners to provide an inspirational educational experience for young people in our local
area.

We are looking for an Admin assistant who:
  • Can efficiently manage the ordering and management of office equipment and consumables.
  • Is able to monitor and maintain the school admin email system professional and effectively.
  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide a warm welcome and first point of compact for parents, visitors and external agencies.
  • Is confident using a range of IT systems, including Microsoft Office and school specific software (training will be provided if necessary ) .
  • Can support the wider admin team with general clerical tasks such as photocopying, filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate school records.
  • Is organised, adaptable and able to manage their workload in a busy school office environment.
  • Can handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
