This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join the senior leadership team of The Woodlands School, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our school, supporting the Executive Head Teacher in delivering outstanding outcomes for all pupils.
As Executive Deputy Head Teacher, you will:
• Lead on key strategic priorities across the school.
• Drive high standards in teaching, learning, and curriculum development.
• Support and challenge staff to ensure continuous improvement.
• Model exceptional leadership and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability.
• Represent the school in wider networks and partnerships, contributing to system leadership.
We are seeking a candidate who:
• Has substantial experience in senior leadership.
• Drives a strategic vision for the most vulnerable pupils, with a strong commitment to proactive, preventative work that supports pupils’ engagement, inclusion, and success in society.
• Is a proven leader of school improvement and curriculum innovation.
• Demonstrates outstanding interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Reflective practitioner committed to continuous improvement.
• Is committed to inclusive education and raising achievement for all.
• Can inspire confidence, build strong relationships, and lead with moral purpose.
