Hartlepool Borough Council are looking to recruit a Building Services Engineer to successfully lead the Building Services Team in the critical service delivery of services to both internal and external clients.
HBC's Building Services Team are responsible for managing, maintaining and implementing Building Services solutions to a range of assets for HBC and external clients.
MEET THE TEAM
HBC'S Consultancy Services Section is a successful, multi-disciplinary Design Team who have a track record of delivering services to a wide range of internal and external clients with a healthy pipeline of projects. The team comprises disciplines such as Civil/Structural Engineering, Architechture, Landscape Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Building Services, Building Management and Legionella. The section have been recognised both regionally and nationally by bodies such as the Institution of Civil Engineers, Constructing Excellence and the Civil Engineering Contractors Association.
Some key things we want you to do:
Lead the Building Services Engineering Team
Work as part of a MDDT to deliver major capital projects
Lead on the delivery of Building Services Engineering projects
Support internal and external clients on matters relating to Building Services Engineering
Develop a long-term capital investment programme for Building Services installations
Provide professional advice to colleagues within the Consultancy Services
Provide financial control and management of the relevant revenue and capital budgets
