Northumberland County Council Sign Shop is based at Stakeford Depot in South East Northumberland.
The sign shop is a rapidly developing part of the counties Highways Delivery section.
As well as carrying out in house provision of all types of sign making the sign shop has a large and developing portfolio of external clients.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual to undertake a range of interesting and challenging activities.
The post holder will be actively involved in the day to day design, manufacture and fabrication of various types of signs, graphics, vehicle livery as well as TSRGD highways signage.
They will possess a broad knowledge of differing manufacturing process, materials and methods of manufacture/fabrication.
