Job Title: Senior Personal Development & Enrichment Lead
Grade: SCP 31-34 Term time only plus 3 weeks (£33,693.04 - £36,601.99 actual salary)
Responsible to: Head of School
Job Purpose: The post holder will be accountable for ensuring that all students are supported by effective pastoral systems to make outstanding academic progress within the wider context of their full personal, social and emotional development. The successful candidate will also liaise with stakeholders and be responsible for making operational decisions alongside SLT. The PDL will support all staff to ensure they can achieve high standards of teaching and learning. They will model professional standards in all aspects of the role, maintain a visible presence around the academy and leading by example. The PDL will champion the needs of individual learners through positive relationships and professional challenge.
