We are looking for an Inclusion Manager who is passionate, motivated and committed to the principles of inclusive education. A key part of this role is to provide support to our Pastoral and SEND teams, to ensure that all students’ needs are supported so they can access the curriculum.

The successful candidate will:

• Hold a minimum of 5 GCSE’s, including maths and English (or equivalent).
• Have at least 2 years’ experience of working in an education setting, or other relevant service.
• Be proactive and self-motivated.
• Have a flexible approach to work.
