We teach through cross-curricular learning expeditions where students address important guiding questions, making connections between disciplines and across time. Our pastoral structure of “Crews” working together in phase teams is integral to facilitating the above.
As a part of our team you would also be a Crew Leader for 12-13 students, providing pastoral support and challenge to your Crew of 12 or 13 students, spending 45 minutes with them every day to ensure that they produce beautiful work, grow in character and see academic success. You will get to know your Crew extremely well and will be the first point of contact in the school for their families. As a Phase Leader you would model great practice to other Crew Leaders within your team.
