We are seeking to recruit a highly experienced administrator to join our Trust Central Team on a part-time basis (3 days per week). The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support across all central functions, including executive support for the CEO, Regional Directors, Town End Research School, and the Great North Early Years Stronger Practice Hub and central support teams when required.
In this role, you will work as a core member of an established central team and contribute to the wider Trust community, using your initiative and expertise to manage varied priorities and multi-stakeholder workflows effectively.

The successful applicant will:
- Extensive experience in a senior or comprehensive administrative role, ideally within a school, Trust, or educational setting.
- Demonstrate exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple central teams and leadership roles.
- Be experienced in executive-level support, including calendar management, minute-taking, and event or hub coordination.
- Be confident, advanced, and highly proficient in the use of ICT, data systems, CRM systems, and administrative tools.
- Deliver high-quality customer service and communicate professionally with internal staff, trustees, external partners, parents, and children.
- Work independently with a high degree of autonomy, flexibility, and discretion.
- Be thoroughly professional, with a firm understanding of confidentiality, GDPR, and safeguarding.
