We are looking to recruit Customer Service Advocates to join the Council’s Customer Enabling Service.
1 x Permanent
2 x Fixed Term to 31 March 2029
37 hour positions, Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm.
The successful candidates will be part of a busy Customer Enabling Service. You will be responsible for providing a first-class service to our residents and customers who are at the heart of all of our processes. You must demonstrate that you are resilient, willing to be flexible, will support colleagues and strive to deliver a service to be proud of. In exchange, you’ll have lots of opportunity to develop and receive support and encouragement from those around you.
To be successful you will need to have the communication skills to relate to different people from across the community, presenting a positive, helpful approach and be comfortable working with new technology.
These posts will be subject to a Basic DBS check from the Disclosure and Barring Service as part of a BPSS check.
