About the role
The post holder will be joining Together for Children at a really exciting time. In joining us you will be helping us to continue our outstanding journey as we work innovatively to implement the national Families First Model.
We are looking to recruit two Assistant Team Managers, one for our West (Thorney Close Family Hub) and one for our East Team (Winnibell family Hub) teams.
You will have experience of delivering family support and will work alongside the Early Help area Team Manager to support the planning, management, and co-ordination of early help in your area team.
This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and therefore will be subject to an Enhanced DBS check from the Disclosure and Barring Service. We will also carry out an online internet search for information that is publicly available online that might suggest that you are not fit to work with children or young people.
