About the role
Working in the Prevention and Aspiration team to support a short-term project as part of the Northeast Mayoral strategic authority youth guarantee funding. Fixed term until 31st March 2027 for 3 days (22.2hours) per week.
The aim of the project is to improve the data recording and tracking of learners with Education healthcare plans (EHCP’s) to ensure communication with the young person and their family is up to data and their current situation and aspirations are recorded effectively.
Working to support the Careers and NEET and the SEN team to maintain young person records and contact young people and families via a variety of methods to ensure information is up to date.

We want you to apply if you:
- Have experience of working with data systems and following processes
- Experience of direct communication with young people and families
- Have GCSE pass in Math and English (Minimum Grade 4)
- Have a NVQ Level 2 in Business and Administration (or equivalent)
