Cover Supervisor
(Permanent)

Grade 4 £26,427 - £27,709 pro rota

37 hours per week, term time only
(08:00 – 16:00 Monday – Thursday, 08:00 – 15:30 Friday)

We are looking to appoint a Cover Supervisor who will make a positive contribution and impact in the role on our students and the wider school community.

The post holder will supervise whole classes during the short-term absence of teachers. The primary focus will be to maintain a positive working atmosphere and promote high standards of behaviour. Cover supervisors will need to respond to questions and generally assist students to undertake set activities.

You will be joining a team that delivers a high-quality service to our students.

We are seeking candidates with a good all-round education who are passionate about making a positive difference to young people. Although you would be expected to have a thorough understanding of young people, you do not necessarily need to have worked in schools previously as full training will be provided.
