About the Role

As Headteacher, you will:

• Lead and inspire a thriving secondary academy, ensuring excellent outcomes for all students.

• Drive high standards in teaching, learning, behaviour, attendance and achievement.

• Develop and deliver a clear strategic vision that reflects the needs and aspirations of the school community.

• Lead, develop and support staff to achieve the highest standards of professional practice.

• Manage staffing, resources and budgets effectively to ensure long-term sustainability and success.

• Work collaboratively with the Trust, governors, parents and the wider community to enhance opportunities for every child.


We Are Looking For Someone Who:
 
  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree.
  • Has substantial senior leadership experience, ideally as a Headteacher, Principal or Deputy Headteacher within a secondary school.
  • Has a proven track record of securing school improvement and raising standards.
  • Demonstrates outstanding leadership and people management skills.
  • Has excellent communication, organisational and strategic planning abilities.
  • Is committed to inclusion, safeguarding and ensuring every child can achieve their full potential.
  • Thrives in a collaborative environment and is keen to contribute to the wider work of the Trust.
