Join Our Growing Multi Academy Trust

Due to the expansion of our trust central team, the CEO and Trust Board of Oak Learning Trust seek to recruit an experienced and motivated finance professional to lead our finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to build and develop the finance team, delivering excellence and contributing to the success of a thriving Multi-Academy Trust dedicated to providing excellent education for all pupils.

As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring robust financial management, supporting strategic decision-making, maintaining compliance, and helping deliver value for money across the Trust. The new post holder will be able to build a new team, supporting with staff development and integration not only into the central team but across all of our schools.

This is an excellent opportunity for an effective finance professional who is passionate about making a difference to contribute to improving outcomes for children.


You will be:

• An experienced finance professional with strong budgeting, forecasting and management accounting skills.

• An excellent communicator able to work successfully with a wide range of stakeholders and partners.

• Highly organised with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Able to lead by example and motivate others.

• Friendly, flexible, outgoing and a good team player.
