We are excited to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our highly skilled SEND Support team at a time of positive growth and development across our school.
 
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a mainstream setting where SEND provision is continually evolving and expanding to meet the diverse needs of our pupils. As our school grows, so too does our commitment to providing high-quality, inclusive support that enables every child to flourish.
 
We are looking for someone who is warm, resilient and good-humoured, with a genuine passion for working with young people aged 9–13. Experience of working with children in this age range is desirable. You will either hold, or be working towards, a relevant qualification, and we are committed to supporting your professional development through ongoing training and opportunities to grow within the role.
 
In this role, you will:
  • Support pupils with a wide range of additional needs, both in the classroom and through targeted interventions
  • Work collaboratively with experienced staff in a nurturing, child-centred environment
  • Play a key part in supporting every child achieve their full potential
