Working Pattern: 15 hours per week

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am – 12:00 pm

Contract: Fixed term until 21st July 2027

Salary: SCP 6-7 - £9,492 actual per annum

Weeks: Term time only (39 weeks) + PD days


About the Role

The Headteacher and Governors of Bankfields Primary School are seeking an experienced Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team in Year 2.


We are looking for someone who:


• Has the confidence to work independently and collaboratively within a supportive team

• Is creative and innovative in their approach to teaching and learning

• Has a proven track record supporting groups and individuals in Key Stage 1, including pupils with SEND

• Demonstrates highly effective behaviour management skills and supports children’s social, moral, and emotional development
