The trustees are seeking to appoint, as soon as possible, an Enhanced Teaching Assistant for Sedgefield Community College.
The role of Enhanced Teaching Assistant is a vital one in ensuring the school effectively meets the needs of all of our students and specifically our children who face some of the greatest potential barriers to learning. The role is suitable for positive people who are excited at the opportunity to support children to overcome these obstacles to achievement. As part of our SEN team and under the guidance of our school’s SENDCo, the role involves working with teachers and other professionals within and beyond the classroom, enabling our students to thrive, flourish and achieve their full potential during their time at Sedgefield Community College.
