Are you passionate about supporting young people to overcome challenges, build confidence and achieve independence?

Key Community is looking for a compassionate, motivated and resilient Progression Coach to join our Ofsted-registered supported accommodation service for young people aged 16-25. This is an opportunity to make a genuine difference by helping young people develop the skills, stability and support networks they need to thrive in adulthood.

Working within a Trauma-Informed and Psychologically Informed Environment (PIE), you will build positive and trusting relationships, provide practical and emotional support, and help young people work towards their individual goals.

Operational hours are between 8am and 8pm, with a mixture of day, evening and weekend shifts (1 weekend in 3), and shared bank holiday cover on a rota basis.
