0.6 part time post, 3 days per week Monday- Wednesday

The Governors of this popular primary school seek to appoint an excellent Class Teacher who is happy, positive, inspirational and enthusiastic.
We seek to appoint a dedicated individual who will be wholly committed to becoming an integral member of our hard-working and resilient staff and be prepared to teach across the whole school in the first instance.
We are looking for a class teacher who will:
• Be passionate about teaching and learning, ensuring that every child reaches their potential
• Is able to challenge and support learners of all abilities, including those with SEND and higher attaining pupils
• Has a secure understanding of assessment for learning and its impact on progress for all groups
• Be an exceptional classroom practitioner with high expectations of pupils’ behaviour and achievements
• Have excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to working as part of a team
• Be a dedicated, motivated and skilful teacher who is passionate and reflective about learning and teaching
• Be creative, enthusiastic, flexible and work well as part of a team
• Have experience teaching within Key Stage 2
• Is willing to participate fully in all aspects of school life
We may consider ECT2 if the candidate has the significant experience
Visits to the school are actively encouraged.
The ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
