(CHILDREN’S CENTRE CLUSTERS/STANLEY’S DAY CARE, SOUTH TYNESIDE)
£15,916 pa

To work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide care and educational support to children and staff under the general direction of the Senior Nursery Officer, across Children’s Centre Clusters/STANLEY’s Day Care within South Tyneside.

Nursery Assistants role will include being a key worker for children in their care (aged 0-4) and having a role in Early Help Plans. The day-care settings offer full and part time childcare for children 6 weeks to 4 years.

It is Essential Criteria for the post that you have the following qualifications:

• NVQ 3 in Childcare/Education or equivalent

• Level 2 in both English and Mathematics (GCSE grade C or equivalent)

Applicants will not be progressed to the next stage of the recruitment process if not in possession of these qualifications.

Interviews for this post are to take place on 16 February 2017.
