The HR and Governance Team within Tyne and Wear Archives and Museums (TWAM) are looking to appoint an enthusiastic person to join their team. The role is responsible for assisting to monitor all information related to HR and Governance to support service improvements for TWAM.

A key part of the role over the coming months will be to support the administrating, interpretation and production of staff rosters; experience in this specific area of work is therefore vital. In addition to this you will be providing certain aspects of HR administration.

The role will provide an excellent opportunity to gain experience of a range of disciplines involved in a successful HR and Governance office.

The role is diverse and requires someone with excellent ICT skills, experience of rosters and HR / payroll system knowledge. You will be self-motivated and enjoy working as part of a team. You need to be able to work with minimal supervision and have the aptitude to use your own initiative.
