In this role you will join the Council's Capital Projects Team to manage capital and regeneration projects across a range of business disciplines to exacting time, cost and quality outputs.

You will have the opportunity to play an integral role in delivering the Council's strategic Capital programme. The team's current and planned project portfolio includes commercial office builds, highways and civil engineering, and housing schemes.

You will have experience in a project management/construction environment and a demonstrable track record in successful strategic project management and/or development in one or more of the following fields: major commercial development, regeneration, housing, schools, highways or civil engineering schemes.

These are career-graded posts encompassing grades N, P and Q. The grade for the post will be determined by the level of knowledge and experience the applicant can demonstrate in relation to the job description / person specification.

Level 1 Grade Q = £37,107 - £40,858 p.a.
Level 2 Grade P = £33,136 - £37,107 p.a.
Level 3 Grade N = £26,470 - £29,909 p.a.
