The role of Business Advisor will be working on the DWP Work and Health Programme for 2 years fixed term, subject to further funding and contractual performance.
We are looking for someone to identify and engage with employers and support their training and recruitment needs. You will be required to provide employers with sound business advice, including a recruitment and skills needs analysis and also build relationships with local employers and match their recruitment needs with Northumberland job seekers. The successful applicant will work with employers to identify and secure vacancies, apprenticeship, work experience and other opportunities
The post holder must have previous experience and be able to meet the transport requirements of the post, as the role will cover the whole of the Northumberland area, but will be primarily be based in the South East.
