An exciting opportunity has arisen for two Service Desk Officer to join our ICT Operations Team. Working as part of a team reporting to the Lead ICT Operations Officer, you will have experience and a proven track record of working on an ICT Service Desk within an ITIL Framework environment to deliver 1st line responses to around 700 system users across all service areas and sites. You will understand all aspects of company-wide systems, and the use of ICT to deliver value for money and customer-focussed services.

The successful candidate will have qualifications in ICT and experience including desktop operating systems and applications and will have excellent customer service skills. They will also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be calm, confident, positive and supportive team members and have the ability to prioritise and organise workloads to meet deadlines.
