We are seeking a suitably experienced learning mentor to support both apprentices and employers in the achievement of their apprenticeship programme. This new and exciting role will require the development of excellent working relationships with all involved in the apprentice's training and employment.

The successful applicant will:

Have an excellent understanding of the rigours of new apprenticeship standards and end point assessment

Keep accurate records of candidate's achievements and progress

Support the apprenticeship delivery and assessment team in keeping the apprentice on track

Support the employer with apprentice issues

Undertake Information Advice and Guidance Meetings
