Caretaker / Site Maintenance
Salary: £13,615 actual salary Scale point 16 Grade D
Hours: Minimum 27.5 hours per week (12:30pm – 6:00pm)
Contract Status: Permanent (Starting Mid March)


Linthorpe Community Primary School is looking for a flexible and skilled person who can really hit the ground running. Working in partnership with the current Site Manager you will ensure the school buildings and grounds are maintained to a very high standard and it will be a requirement for your position to promote good and realistic Health & Safety practices across the school.

The successful candidate will ideally have a broad range of maintenance skills that have been developed in a professional working environment, as the job requires the completion of minor property repairs. An interest in Gardening would also be beneficial.

In addition the position will see you work as part of the wider Academy Trust Facilities Management Team, you may be required to work at other sites as and when directed. A degree of flexibility will therefore be required.
