Approved Premises (Residential) work with men who are involved at varying stages in the criminal justice system. We aim to appoint workers who are enthusiastic, imaginative, motivated and committed to working in a challenging environment. You should have the ability to work within a team which aims to effectively manage and support people safely in the community. Residential experience is not essential. This post will give applicants an excellent grounding for work in the Criminal Justice System.

1 Project Worker (37 Hrs) Scale Points 51 – 74 (£22,934 - £28,766)

You will have a keywork lead with residents. This requires meeting formally with residents on a weekly basis to ensure they engage effectively with their supervision plan with the aim of a successful outcome. Currently you will be expected to work week day shifts but you must be flexible to meet unit demands.

The Successful candidate will have the option of working additional relief shifts at two sites.

This post offers excellent codes and conditions of service which include (Pro Rata) 25 Days Annual Leave + 8 Bank Holidays.
