Teaching and assessing qualifications are essential for this post. Applicants must possess good communication and organisational skills, and have the ability to meet deadlines, and manage a caseload of learners across different sectors.
We expect all staff to work to the “Newcastle City Learning Way” which sets out service expectations and standards. We expect and support staff to set consistently high aspirations for, and expectations of, themselves and learners.
It is expected all staff will embed wider skills including English, maths, ICT and digital skills, British Values, Safeguarding and PREVENT, equality and diversity to ensure that learners maximise their understanding and application within their working and personal lives.
