These posts are based at the centre of the council in the Resources Directorate which has key responsibility for managing the council’s money and people as well as ensuring that democratic decisions are well informed and legally sound.

We are looking to appoint Caretakers for the following locations and hours-:

Grangetown Neighbourhood Centre - 15hrs
Skelton Adult Learning Centre - 12hrs
Beacon/ Hub, Redcar - 15hrs
South Tees Business Centre - 10hrs
Mobile Caretaker (East Cleveland Area) - 16.5hrs
Mobile Caretaker (Greater Eston Area) - 16.5hrs

Your location of work will mainly be as stated above but on occasion you may be required to work at other locations within the Redcar and Cleveland area.

The pattern of work is 5 over 7 days to cover the needs of the service. Full flexibility will be required from the successful candidate to support this.

Duties will include -:
Setting up rooms for meetings.
Cleaning.
Security of property.
