This service:

The Environmental services our responsible for maintaining and up keeping over space, parks and gardens.

The Neighbourhood Services NEAT team are looking for a Horticulture Apprentice to support the team with grounds work, bedding plant production, make hanging baskets,plant bedding displays,assist with shrub bed maintenance,assist with grasscutting and hedge cutting.

We are offering:

Training towards a Level 2 Diploma in Work-Based Horticulture which is designed for learners who are either pursuing a career in horticulture or who wish to commence one. It enables you to develop your skills, knowledge and understanding by following a Parks, Gardens & Green Space specialist pathway. Maths & English Functional Skills will also be included, depending on prior achievement
Access to the Local Government Pension Scheme (or other pension scheme)
