Further Information
To assist the Facilities Manager in the provision of a Catering function providing the key link between senior management and operational staff. The post holder will lead the teams to deliver high quality food stuffs and services whist achieving/exceeding the financial targets set for the service.

To be responsible for the day to day running of Catering Service via the Assistant Catering Managers, including staffing levels, the safety of customers and the financial results of each establishment.

To be responsible for the overall financial management of the Catering Facilities and taking any reasonable action to ensure their financial viability including pricing, investment target setting and profitability, VAT etc.

Required Qualifications: NVQ Level 4 or equivalent in a relevant managerial/catering subject, Food Hygiene Certification.

It is anticipated that interviews will be held week commencing 8th April 2019.

Due to the requirement to drive a County Council vehicle in this role, appointment will be subject to the production of a valid driving licence for the required category of vehicle and the satisfactory completion of an in-house Driver Induction Assessment.
