Hillcrest is a forward thinking specialist school for learners with a range of complex needs. We embrace individuality and difference and encourage professional curiosity throughout our practice ensuring that student needs are at the centre of everything that we do.
Hillcrest 6 key drivers:
? Social Development & Communication

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic member to our teaching team. The role could be with either KS 3 or 4 learners but we deliver all learning through the primary model - so experience teaching throughout the National Curriculum is key. We would like someone who has the ability to be creative and try new things using a solution focussed student centered approach.

Our students would like a teacher who will invest in them, listen to them, celebrate their individuality and support them in every step of their journey towards adulthood.

We welcome any applications from inspirational teachers who respect and embrace difference and have the drive and passion to work in our school.
Visits to the school are warmly welcomed. Please contact admin@hillcrest.northumberland.sch.uk or call (01670) 713632 to arrange a time. You can find more about our school at www.hillcrest.northumberland.sch.uk
